The Rice Mill

In order to push our passion for hospitality to the next level, we decided to start our very own cafe-bar. Located in the heart of Morjim village,this cafe-bar is designed to fit into an old mill.Originally built in the 1950's, our heritage conservation and adaptive reuse project aims to restore all the architectural elements that once lent the mill it's nostalgic charm.Structural additions are synonymous with the existing structure and items of furniture are either sourced from local vendors or constructed of recycled wood.Indoor plants breathe life into the space, glass inserts in the mangalore tiled roof allows natural light in, while items of utility from the old rice mill become elements of decor in our cafe-bar.
